Reach Robotics (formerly Blueprint Lab) is a underwater robotic manipulator company.
I joined the company as an intern in November 2019 when the employee was 12 people. I have significantly contributed to multiple software projects as the business grew to nearly 50 employees.
At my responsibilities are to manage the development and design of Reach Control.
Reach Control is the software used to control and configure Reach Robotic Manipulator
Built using Python and Kivy. The 3D Visualization was developed using OpenGL.
Using CI/CD to manage the testing and deployment.
I lead the design and development of the invention ultimately leading the a patent application.
The master pilot controller is a device that can be used to seamlessly control a robotic manipulator by following the movement of your hands.
Achieved with a combination of Computer Vision and Advanced Control theory.
I developed and managed the SDK, allowing for customers to interface with their devices in a variety of programming languages / frameworks.
The Reach Robotics software development kit is used by customers to interface with Reach Robotics products.
